Great location, a very quiet neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and Akasaka metro station. The hotel is clean, comfortable and staff are very attentive. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby are a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located two doors down from a traditional Japanese Izakaya bar called BunBun which is worth a visit if you get the chance.

Excellent location, nice, bright clean hotel. Rooms are clean, sufficient amenities, great hot water. Staff is easy going and they spoke english. Always felt safe, and comfortable. Really near Akasaka station, lots of combinis and restaurants nearby. Great value.

Thank you for a wonderful time. I stayed there once before, and because I liked it so much the first time, I went back. Good location (It's perfect for a little quiet atmosphere, especially after a long night of noisy surroundings). Convenience stores, the station and other shops are a few minutes away. You can easily get a taxi outside of the hotel as well. They had self service ice-cream and 24hr coffee service. Also, staff is polite and some can speak English.

Kind and accommodating staff. Hold your luggage for free before and after checkout. Comfortable room, beds, bathroom. I would stay here again.

There was coffee and tea 24 hours a day in reception, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was fine. One of the men on reception was extremely helpful.
